While I don't necessarily think the entire Dealer deserves 5 stars (some staff members need some re-education on customer service), My service adviser Bryan, definitely makes it a 5 star experience every time I am there. He is always going above & beyond my expectations as a customer. I had major repairs done on my vehicle that required it to be kept for a few days. While i did have an extended warranty that would assist with a loaner vehicle & repairs, it was not through Volkswagen, it was a 3rd party warranty. I assumed I would have had to call the warranty company myself, Bryan took care of EVERYTHING! I was definitely grateful because that was one less thing i had to worry/stress over.Thank you so much Bryan I hope you get the recognition you deserve.
