Well, after reading some of the other scathing reviews I thought I should share my good experience. I came in one for one of their first-come first-serve oil changes and my service tech was honest with me that the wait time was going to be over 2 hrs. He suggested I call him the next day and he'd give me a good time to bring it in. Which is exactly what I did. So the next day I dropped off the car with my service tech, Will, and, just as he told me, it took an hour and a half. It was returned with a nice hand wash and a thorough video analysis of my car's condition. My tech rep Will was very professional and pleasant. I would also add, I purchased my car here a year ago and was pleased with the experience. They offered me a reasonable discount so I didn't have to haggle. And everything went smoothly. I really liked my no-pressure sales rep (Leroy) but he's long gone unfortunately.
