Service was fast, thorough and professional. I had the cares package so oil change, cabin filter change, tire rotation, 99 point inspection were all covered under warranty, plus I was able to get a state inspection. The lobby is impressive with complimentary full service coffee bar including barista. Social distancing enforced by blocked off seating. Staff wore masks as per mandate. However, both the service manager and the service technician pulled their masks down to talk to me which I guess we're considering offensive as a society now? The technician spray-sanitized my vehicle's interior before returning the keys. 4/5 stars for hygiene.
