My experience with Onion Creek VW has been nothing short of phenomenal. Eric Jeffries and everyone there have gone above and beyond in their service AFTER I purchased my vehicle!! I am floored by the level of service, pride and care that everyone who works there displays - from the lady who serves the Starbucks coffee at their immaculate and stylish showroom, to the salesman Nathan Lammers, who patiently showed me vehicle after vehicle and who suggested the perfect car for me (a 2015 VW Jetta TSI, my very first new car, that I absolutely love), to the very cheerful and friendly finance manager who closed my account. Even Mr. Barnett himself, one of the owners, congratulated me on my purchase and made sure I was very happy before I drove off the lot. These guys and gals are truly first rate.
