I would like to give big "Thank You!" to the sales team at OCVW. I recently decided to purchase a new Jetta and gave OCVW a shot at getting the sale. After testing driving a unit with Sales Consultant, Erwin Neira, OCVW quickly matched the best deal that I had received from 4 other central Texas dealers. I was able to wrap up the deal quickly and was very satisfied with the results.Fast forward 1.5 days and OCVW really raised the bar on customer service. I discovered a hairline crack at the very bottom of the windshield, which ran under the wipers about ¾ of the length of the glass. The crack was difficult to see unless you were really looking closely. I called OCVW and spoke with Robert Crump, Finance Manager and made him aware of the issue. A lesser dealership probably would have told me that I was on my own since I had taken possession of the car. However, Sales Manager Ray Dominguez, stepped up and stated that they would replace the windshield free of charge. The glass was replaced by the OCVW Service Department as promised with no signs that any work had been done on the car.Other dealers should take note of the "high road" path which OCVW chose to follow for this particular issue. This is how you earn, and retain, business. OCVW, you will be first in line when it is time for me to make another purchase.
