Now 6 VW's into my VW experience and OCVW remains my go-to place for service. As always, they went to great lengths to make sure that my issue was resolved AND that I was happy with the experience. I cannot speak highly enough of their service team and the efforts they take to do the right thing. Even when the desired outcome isn't achieved (some things just aren't covered, that's just a reality of car ownership) they will make every effort to get you the best price possible on your service.
