He was polite, listened, professional and very attentive during the process.We actual took several months looking at several dealers for best deal across Texas. After returning to Sim, he remembered our names (Very Impressive!) and was very helpful again.Since this is a corporate purchase, our buying company also was impressed with the engagement with him during the final stages.Said they would definitely be sending folks directly to him for other car purchases if VW.Nice to have a really enjoyable car buying experience.Thanks
