My service specialist, Zac, was wonderful and I don't have a single complaint about him or the work that was done. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because during the two-ish hours that I was there waiting I saw six separate employees wearing their face masks around their neck/chin, taking them off everytime they spoke to somebody, or simply not wearing one at all. This in the height of the pandemic and with signs on every single door saying to "wear your mask over your NOSE AND MOUTH". They gave off the impression that the attitude of the employees and the attitude of the company were completely at odds and that the employees weren't taking any of this seriously. It made me so uncomfortable to be in the same building as all of these people who couldn't be bothered to behave responsibly.
