I brought my 13' passat tdi for service and to get my a/c system completely replaced in addition to 30k scheduled maintenance and my service advisor Tim always uses all the resources available to him to make me feel as comfortable as possible and transition me to a loaner or shuttle service to and from and keeping me up to date with progress on repairs.
