Jim, the manager of the used car side of Onion Creek Volkswagen, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a safe, reliable car for our family. Even with a small budget and a trade in that wasn't worth very much, Jim didn't make us feel like we weren't just as important a customer as anyone else. Such a great experience for us.
