Louis was helpful providing with my car service needs.However, Onion Creek VW is experiencing a shortage of mechanics due to the shut down during the beginning of Covid19. Therefore, the turn around time to complete repairs was longer than usual. Also missing was the texting updated during the repair process. Apparently, they have changed their digital format. I prefer the previous one it was great for the consumers. This recent repair was the FIRST time my vehicle was returned WITHOUT the customary cleaning. I was totally disappointed, but the positive thing was i was fortunate to have been given a loaner vehicle. A HUGE plus for that. I was extremely grateful.
