Nothing short of exceptional service and treatment. We recently moved from Washington DC so we have to find all new vendors to service cars. Our friend is the gm of the dealership back home so we never had a worry about purchasing or servicing our VW's. Mom, mother in law, sister, brother and my wife are all VW people. We stick with what works and a company that sticks by its product. Our Tiguan was due for at first oil change after a year. Yeah this car doesn't get used a whole lot. So I called today at noon and they were happy to accommodate me at 1! The young lady on the phone was kind and very polite. I arrived to a new looking dealership easily sign posted and was directed into a clean and organized service drop off. A young technician greeted me immediately despite being on the way to or from lunch, offered me a bottle of water or coffee and brought me into meet James my service advisor. I should add I had my dog with me and thy were happy to allow him inside. (Now don't go bring your dog and tell them I said it was cool, I asked when I made the appointment!) James was warm and welcoming and efficient. He described the service, explained it was covered under warranty, and gave me and estimated time it would be ready. He directed me to the lounge and said he would call me when it was ready to go. The lounge was something of a modern coffee shop and very comfortable. I easily lost track of time. Or maybe it was because Sean the finance manager stopped by for casual conversation and was thoroughly engaging. I also had the opportunity to walk around and meet "soulman" a very energetic and "straight talk" salesman. Definitely see him if you stop by even if it's to shoot the breeze! So our Tiguan was ready and washed at the time discussed. I needed touch up paint so James walked me into the parts department to purchase some. It was in order so the gentleman there offered to set one aside and call me when it arrived. I have no doubt I will receive a follow up call. James then met me at the cashier for my zero balance receipt. Yup my service was included in the standard warranty so despite me spending ZERO dollars I was treated at a valued customer and with the upmost respect. I wouldn't hesitate to send my wife or any other family members to Onion Creek Volkswagen to see James, Sean, the Soulman or any other member of the team for any and all of their automotive needs. I could not be more pleased with this visit.....well unless they gave me a bag of cash when I left.
