A sour situation quickly mediated by Dante and his service team. I was in town for only one night, when I received a problematic series of errors from my car. Afraid to make the long trek home, I called the nearest VW dealership and spoke with Dante, who made time for me to come in and quickly found the cause of the problem. He was able to squeeze in the service of my vehicle, and also talked me through the process of how to reach out to VW corporate to further address the issue, which was unfortunately just outside of warranty.
