Wow. I've used all the VW dealerships in Austin for years now and really impressed with Onion Creek. Place is beautiful and everyone helpful and seemed to be really happy to be there. Caleb kept communication up with me through the 30minutes I was there for a car pickup and Brett made scheduling really easy. Really quick turn around as I have had to wait at other dealers for and hour and half for same process. Honestly would've been happy to stay there longer with a staffed coffee bar and great area to wait.
