Edit: after posting my review, Perry reached out to me to remedy the problem. I'll give them another chance since I had previously only had good experiences with this dealership the past few years.Please be aware of the most recent reviews on their declining service quality! I've gotten my car serviced at this location for the past 3 years and I didn't have any issues till now. Firstly, their service advisors have a high turnover rate. My first service advisor, who I had for two years, is no longer there and my most recent one quit/was let go during my latest service appointment. I really enjoyed having the same advisor that understood my driving history and concerns. These new service advisors' have an extremely off-putting, flippant attitude. They can't even be bothered to set up their voice mailbox. I'd call the dealership for updates on my car only to be redirected to the, "sorry, this person's mailbox is not set up yet. Goodbye." I called so many times that the operator recognized my number and "ensured" me that she'd have the service department call me back. The main reason for my negative review is because I took my car for service for a coolant leak and less than a week later, the car is still leaking coolant! I did not wait almost 5 days and pay $1300 to have the car be in the same condition I brought it in for!Also, when I purchased this pre-owned Jetta from this dealership, they gave me a dead key fob...
