Everything was great, until I went to pick up my car and was told that the expected car wash couldn't be done because the service department personnel didn't know how to put my VW convertible top up. (It's a 2014 Beetle-so a pretty obvious one-button operation.) I guess it's a good thing that I didn't need my convertible top serviced!
