Thank you right from the start! My son found a car he loved and my first contact was with Janelle. From the start she was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and made herself available to reply to emails, texts and return calls!! Once the financing was approved, she stayed on top of every little detail to make sure the car was ready to go. Janelle is very professional and trustworthy. She was not out to scam anyone or just make a deal. We received a tour and the best hospitality during our wait. Great customer service from start to finish.
