Monty, Ez, and the Onion Creek VW service team were extremely friendly, courteous, and transparent with communications when I had a recall and a couple of other minor issues with my 2019 Atlas. I'm so glad they were good about masking, and had spaces (even cappuccinos) to work on my laptop while I waited. Can't say enough good things about Onion Creek VW!
