This was my first time taking our car to this dealership for service. I was called very quickly after dropping off the car and given very good information on timelines and cost. The professional communication continued while the vehicle was serviced and I never had to wonder what was going on. There was a small issue with the repair, and it was immediately addressed and corrected as quick as I can imagine is possible. Travis was my customer service rep, he was extremely professional and went above and beyond in my service experience. Travis single-handedly insured that I will be bringing my vehicle to this dealership from now on.

We purchased our new 2021 Atlas from T who made the entire process a breeze. Everything we hate about a typical dealership was far from the experience here. They even offered to let us take the vehicle to lunch before we purchased it to help us make our decision. We paid cash for our vehicle so signing the paperwork with Willy was also fast and he didnt try to sell any other unnecessary add ons. The coffee bar inside was a nice treat!

I have purchased two cars at Onion Creek and service my cars there regularly. They are professional, honest and customer focused. I have always had great experiences with them. Highly recommend.

People were friendly and I got what I needed. The best part is the clean car they return to you. The car wash was great, but I think vacuuming is above and beyond!

Came for the Atlas SE and I really appreciate manager and his team offering us the price they promised us for. In fact they understood the fact that we came all the way with a new born and made paper work easy and straight.
