Nice experience at Onion Creek VW for a service appointment yesterday. Robert, my service advisor, was excellent.

The service team at VW Onion Creek is thorough, professional and also friendly. In particular today, our service advisor Travis was very enthusiastic, conscientious, and took the time to explain what each available service option entailed.

This was a good place to receive service. It was a longer than expected wait but the work appears to be done properly. I did say in advance that I needed a GPS update and my cd player repaired but they were not prepared to do that work. They were kind enough to offer a lower when they do the work on the cd player.
