Went to bat for us to fix a part under warranty that VW didn't want to cover. They also fixed a throttle response issue that had been bothering us since the car was new.

The whole team kicked in to make the 90k service on my 2013 VW Tiguan efficient, thorough and professional. Multiple maintenance and repair issues were addressed. They gave me a new Tiguan loaner and I came back the following morning to get my vehicle. First class experience and I know my vehicle was professionally repaired. I recommend this dealerships service group wholeheartedly.
