I'm not too keen on car dealerships, but I have to say Onion Creek continually surprises me. I've brought my car in for routine service (oil changes and tire rotation) and, with one exception, they always finish my car in the 1.5-2 hour waiting time. And I've had two warranty issues including a bad battery and a couple of minor things, and they've taken care of them right away. And my car always gets a free wash! So I'm glad I bought my car there. (They offered a better deal than I expected).

We came in here after going to a couple other locations. Everyone we came across was awesome. From the lovely lady upfront to our sales rep, Tereso (and new guy Joseph) were awesome. They listened to our needs and budget. They didn't try to up sell us or undersell. We got what we came here for within hours and walked out the door with what we wanted. We do this every 2-3 years and by far this has been our best experience with a dealership. Thank you guys at Onion Creek VW for your awesome service.
