The "bug" would not start this morning; battery was 5 years old. Jump start and quick visit to Onion Creek VW.Service department has always been on my Christmas card list and they are still at the top.

Came here to buy a pre-owned Vehicle after my car accident which was super stressful. Ruben helped me pick out one to fit my needs. He gave me the best deal ever. Not only that he also took me to return my rental which was a 40 min drive!!!! The best customer service ever. He still follows up with me to see how I'm doing. I love my car. I highly recommend this dealer. Come in and ask for Ruben!!!

Standard experience at a used car lot. Trust me, their best deal isn't what they're telling you, just keep low balling them. Tom in the financing department was most helpful. They also have a coffee bar in house for customer, kinda cool.
