I am very pleased with my vehicle's first service experience. I set up an appointment about a week before and received emails and text messages to remind me and alert me in case I needed to make changes. The day of the appointment, I got a text asking to text back when I arrived on the lot. Arrived a little early and was taken in pretty quickly for the oil change. Very positive and good experience. Customer service was excellent!
