This was my first time buying a car and of course you get those first time jitters from the stories you hear from others, but I would like to say that everyone was wonderful and very helpful and took the time to make me feel comfortable through the whole procedure. I worked with James who made me feel very comfortable through the whole process and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Also the process took a little longer than expected and the team stayed after hours and I never felt rushed or like I was a burden. Highly recommend Onion Creek Volkswagen the staff is great.

Onion creek is an awesome dealership! we have been taking our vehicle there for several years now and have always had great service! our service rep Stephen B. is just the best - always competent, efficient and takes great care of us :). the dealership property is so nice - clean, nice waiting areas and amenities.
