Our recent purchase experience last week was awesome! The sales representative worked with us not only warmly received us, but also really listening to our needs and budget, he did introduce to us additional features offered by new 2018 model to us and wanted us to aware of and be considered them, but not pressured us in whatever ways. After we concluded the purchase in late Saturday afternoon, the Service department was already closed, but he still toured us the Service department and told us the normal procedure to come to service the vehicle before we left the dealership. Thanks to you for making this purchase and negotiation process such exceptional experience! Also thanks to you all whom I had called and discussed about this purchase before I came to the lot as well!

This is the second car I've gotten from Onion Creek VW and as always, they knocked it out of the park.
