Just wanted to take a moment to let people know about our great experience at Onion Creek Volkswagen. Jeff Ellis was our saleman and he did a great job answering all our questions so that we made the right purchase for our sons new car. We give hime 5 stars!! Also wanted to mention CJ he was also very helpful in making this a pleasant experience. We now know if we are looking for another car in the future we will know where to go!!

The nicest staff I have ever met. My husband and I came in at 9am to get him a new car. We were there for a couple of hours (thanks to our credit union, not them), and by the time he was done getting his car, I decided I wanted one too. Fast forward 3 hours later, and I'm starving, the staff ordered pizza for me! They walked me through every step and gave me a great deal on a new GTI. David "Soul Man" even drove to my husband's job to finish paperwork to make sure everything. 10/10 will be back here. Thank you so much!
Keston Makil was great to work with. We communicated mostly via e-mail and have everything ready prior to going in to the dealership. He worked hard for the sale. Took a stack of his card to refer to friends and family. Love my new Jetta.
The location is convenient for people living in south Austin or other cities along 35 south. It's a nice dealership with a good group of people working there. I bought my 2nd VW here and the process was restively easy aside of some slow Finance processing and waiting for quite some time for my license plate.
