Onion Creek VW is the best VW dealer in the Austin area. I went there to get a car for my daughter. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us make the best choice for her. Everyone we dealt with was great. Highly recommeded.

First off, let me say I work in car sales and know how everything works with most dealerships. With that being said, I had an almost perfect experience. Called in about a car I saw online, and asked a few questions which they answered and sent me pictures of requested parts. Drove in from out of town and was NOT dissapointed! The car was just as I was told! There was an issue with the car (small issue) and took it to the back right away to fix it right away. Only reason I gave it 4 star and not 5 was because they dont take debit card down payments more that 3k and I had to run around trying to get the money. My salesmen was Gilbert. Call and ask for him!
