I buy a car every 5 to 10 years, pay cash for them and drive and drive and drive. I get uncomfortable around car lots, and the pressure tactics so common. At Onion Creek VW there was none of this, and I got a really nice car for an unbelievable price. I decided to trade in my 12 year old car and I am glad I did. My wife was with me, and we were getting hungry as the car was being washed, and readied for us to drive it away. They brought over a box of fresh and hot Pizza! Who does that@f0 Onion Creek VW does!

I would like to give big "Thank You!" to the sales team at OCVW. I recently decided to purchase a new Jetta and gave OCVW a shot at getting the sale. After testing driving a unit with Sales Consultant, Erwin Neira, OCVW quickly matched the best deal that I had received from 4 other central Texas dealers. I was able to wrap up the deal quickly and was very satisfied with the results.Fast forward 1.5 days and OCVW really raised the bar on customer service. I discovered a hairline crack at the very bottom of the windshield, which ran under the wipers about ¾ of the length of the glass. The crack was difficult to see unless you were really looking closely. I called OCVW and spoke with Robert Crump, Finance Manager and made him aware of the issue. A lesser dealership probably would have told me that I was on my own since I had taken possession of the car. However, Sales Manager Ray Dominguez, stepped up and stated that they would replace the windshield free of charge. The glass was replaced by the OCVW Service Department as promised with no signs that any work had been done on the car.Other dealers should take note of the "high road" path which OCVW chose to follow for this particular issue. This is how you earn, and retain, business. OCVW, you will be first in line when it is time for me to make another purchase.

I came in for an oil change and alignment a month or so ago, and my car quickly was driving funny again. I brought my car back in for them to take a look, and Sye was wonderfully helpful and patient and definitely took care of me! They took the time to realign (showed me the printed before and after alignment reports), balanced, extensively test drove it to make sure it was running and driving smoothly, and cleaned it. I could not be more grateful! Thank you so much Sye, and all the staff at VW Onion Creek! I'll definitely be returning!

Great place. I went here to get my 14' GLI serviced for the term of lease. My car came out clean and ran in great shape.
