My recent vehicle search for my 16 yr old daughter led me to Onioncreek VW. The vehicle I was interested in had just come in on trade so the online ad only showed stock pics of that model. I submitted the online inquiry for actual pics and asking price. By 8am the next day I rcvd 2 emails and a phone call from David SOULMAN Burnham. He immediately went to his make ready shop and took multiple pics of the car. Sure he could've just taken the usual sales route and forced me to drive 40 miles to see the car in person. The car was exactly as described. I came in during lunch to meet Soul and see the car. I was upfront with my budget requirements. Lets just say "NO" is not in these guys vocabulary. They made the deal happen. I only buy a used vehicles that I can take home for the night. They had no problem with this request. Most dealers require earnest money or some pending bill of sale to get a binding "commitment"form the buyer. This tactic immediately sends me out the door every time. This was the easiest, low pressure car purchase Ive made in 25 yrs and Ive had more than my share of vehicles purchases. Soulman and Rego (sales mgr) are a top notch group of professionals. Daughter loves her new VW Beetle thanks to Onioncreek VW! I will be back for my next vehicle. Roll with Soul!

We were initially greeted on the lot in November when it was blowing cold. David "Soulman" talked with us and showed a few preowned cars on the lot and then in the office. I told him we would be back when it was warmer. We returned in December and enjoyed our experience. David made it simple to say "Yes" to buying from Onion Creek. We still tell the story of God providing us the best car. All the sales crew made us fell like family while we were waiting for paper work to be completed. Thank You!

1st trip here to buy a car after wonderful service visits. The 2017 Jetta is amazing! Will and Ray were awesome to work with as well. They made the whole process seamless and I felt like I got the best deal without lifting a finger.

We came in to look for a used car at Onion Creek VW, because of the good experience we had buying 2 used cars there previously from David (Soulman). Due to the amazing quality of the people at Onion Creek VW, we ended up purchasing a new Touareg, a new Beetle, and a used Mercedes. From our salesman David, the used car manager, Rego, the finance team, the new car managers, all the way to the general manager, C.J., everyone made our experience wonderful from start to finish.

I spent 2 hours on a Saturday just waiting to talk to someone at Subaru. I was ready to buy something but of course, they never tell you about the fine print *eye roll. Truth be told I wasn't even going to get a Volkswagen but I just really liked the options and I got a deal I couldn't refuse. Scott was very helpful and most importantly would just get to the point about my options. I am really happy with my decision and even my friends are now looking into cars with Apple CarPlay (it's everything). I'm not sure why they don't advertise this more and frankly, I was really tired of having to say "Bluetooth audio" every time I entered my Ford. I'm not sure how the service department works yet but I hope it's as smooth as the sales department.

Volkswagens are special cars. Don't get me wrong; I love mine! I am not a car person, though, and I've heard two things: Volkswagens need specialized care, and car services can take advantage of you. I'm usually reluctant to take my car in for anything because I don't even know enough about cars to know if I'm being taken advantage of. Not knowing the difference between any of the dealerships here, I settled with taking my car to the nearest dealership who shall remain unnamed. I was appalled at how terrible they were both the first and second time. (I know, I know, I went back. Sigh.) I decided that was enough and went to Onion Creek. Larry at Onion Creek and his coworkers kept in touch with me via calls and texts, and obviously, got the job done. They were empathetic (because car trouble sucks), professional, and patient with me. Every time my car needs anything, I take it to Onion Creek VW. It's peaceful to know they are doing the service they say, and will do it well. Thank you, thank you, Larry and crew!
