We've been happy with the 2014 Passat that we bought from Onion Creek a couple of years ago, but I'm writing this review about the service department. Out of nowhere one day, the car was having trouble cranking. It would crank after a few seconds, but you could tell that the battery was going out. It have given us a good 3yr and 60k miles. I called the service desk 30 minutes before closing on a FRIDAY. Got the car there 10 minutes before closing. They tested the battery right there in the quick service lane, confirmed that it was dying, and quickly replaced it. It was a huge deal for my family because we were leaving town on a road trip (in a different car) the next morning and it would have been a nightmare trying to deal with that situation on Monday morning when we both had to be at work early.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable dealership with an awesome coffee bar. Very nice and helpful employees. This is a great place to buy a VW or to get yours serviced.

They got me in/out of the service area prompt and very courteous.

We recently purchased a new 2016 VW Passat SE pursuant to end of year closeout specials. The advertised reduction of $7,000 off of the MSRP made the purchase a no-brainer really. The VW parent company is obviously pulling out the stops to get customers in their showrooms. Our salesman, "Soul", provided us great service through the process. Very nice, family oriented, small dealership. So, 5 stars for the initial sale. Hopefully, the service side of the business will do as well.

2nd trip here to buy a new car. First the husband bought a 2015 CC. This time I bought a previously owned BMW 2013 328i. Our Salesperson Ben was informative and has a great sense of humor. The Sales Manager Ray did an excellent job at explaining what we were getting into financially. The total experience was effortless and painless. The entire team, including a surprise visit from the GM, gave outstanding customer service. I recommend if you're in the market for a new car to buy from ONION CREEK VW
