I don't understand the negative reviews. My sales experience was great. Special kudos to Ben Blackwell. Very knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions. Very nice, clean facility. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car.

I didn't purchase my VW from this dealership, but I brought it here for maintenance at 10K miles. As soon as I drove up someone greeted me before I was even able to step out of my vehicle. He was friendly and took care of everything right away. Several reviews mention the coffee bar, but it was closed when I went (Saturday afternoon). This didn't bother me any as my friends picked me up and we went to lunch. I received a phone call whenever my car was ready, and the technician even waited an extra 20 minutes after closing because I was stuck in traffic on I-35. My car was ready and even had received a wash :)

Hey Everybody,I wanted to tell you about the great service that I had today at Onion Creek Volkswagen, I was in for my 30k service work and it was impeccable. The whole crew here from the Service Department to Bruce Shaubhut in Sales made me feel right at home and highly valued as a VW customer. They gave me solid, concise information on what work was to be performed on my car and let me know as the work progressed exactly what was happening and when it would be ready for me take home. This is the best VW dealer in the Austin area, not just for service but also for sales as they stand behind there promises and do not take advantage of folks. Ok, I've said enough and will definitely back to see them for my 40k service.thanks and best regards,Rod

I have bought many cars over the years but this was the best experience that I have every had at a dealership. Kelly Dingler is a knowledgeable sales consultant and a straight shooter. Jason Strong was the business coordinator and he made the process very clear and extremely fast.Hats off to Onion Creek Volkswagen. It is a fine, first class organization.

My service advisor Raymond was awesome and the entire service team did a great job! The work on my 2015 GTI was done perfectly and I got my car back quickly. I love that my car is always washed, detailed and looking great every time I pick it up! Onion Creek Volkswagen is the best! Thank you all!

Bruce was very patient, honest and straight-forward though out my experience. Complimentary espresso, green tea, and water alleviated the standard tensions of buying a car. Customer service at it's finest.
