Great Dealership!I highly recommend Raymond when getting your car serviced.I brought in my pre-owned VW EOS. My first mistake was purchasing this car from a Toyota dealership... Anyway I noticed my water pump and oil were both leaking only to find out that was not the only thing wrong with my poor car. Lucky for me I had an extended warranty! It would have cost me around $4,200.00+ for all of the work they did before the holidays. Raymond in service was a huge help, he hooked me up with a rental car and had to deal with all of the warranty B.S... I highly recommend using them, Thank you for all of your hard work!!!

UPDATE:I originally posted a 1-star review after my first visit while shopping for a new car. Here's an update!I'll summarize my first experience as being awkward and frustrating because I couldn't get the information I needed to make an informed decision on purchasing the car I wanted.After a week of research and test driving other cars, I found that Onion Creek had the car in the color and interior that I really wanted. I decided to come back to give them a second chance and they totally corrected the situation.The Sales Director, Ray Dominguez, was extremely helpful and immediately recognized my name from my poor Google review (wow!). He apologized and explained that the salesperson I met with a week ago was new to VW and still learning the details on all the cars.It says a lot that these guys read reviews promptly and take the time to rebuild the relationship with customers, if customers give them a chance.He put me with a great salesperson who was very helpful. It was nice to have them acknowledge my review and the experience I had and not try to make excuses, but rather do everything they could to make my second visit better.Anyway, after everything, I bought the car and I was very pleased with the service and the people! They did a great job at correcting the situation and I appreciated how they dealt with it. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to servicing my car there now that I am a proud VW owner. :)

Staff and management went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. Soulman is the guy to see if you want a good deal on a preowned vehicle. He'll take great care of you.Eric Jeffries is the sales manager and he made certain that my concerns were beyond completely resolved in a satisfactory manner.Both Soulman and Eric worked with my OCD tendencies and cynicalness of car dealers, and overall it's been a huge pleasure buying cars from this dealership. Will be coming back in the future when a manual diesel Golf becomes too much to resist.
