Onion Creek helped keep my 2005 VW Passat TDI on the road, and are doing a great job servicing my 2014 Passat TDI through its scheduled maintenance. Their clean showroom and waiting areas are very comfortable places to wait, especially with the wifi and delicious free coffee bar. I highly recommend you consider them for your VW service business.

Our contact with everyone at Onion Creek was excellent and the pricing and trade-in were better than the other quotes in Austin and San Antonio. My family and I had a wonderful experience buying a car here! The staff were very nice, accommodating, and patient with us. The dealership itself is new, modern, and clean looking. If you go, ask for Nathan Houser! He is personable and knows everything about VW's!! We bought a golf sportswagen and he was very knowledgeable about the car. He gave us detailed descriptions about the entire driving experience. From the engine to the infotainment center, no detail was overlooked. We are very happy about our purchase and look forward to continuing to get out car serviced at Onion Creek Volkswagen.

Nathan was nice enough to drive a car we were interested to our house! They even went out of there way to pull a car from service to make it available for us to buy. Even though we went with another vehicle, the customer service was top notch.

I have only used their service department. They kick major butt over there. I have used them 3 times and they are 3 for 3. The last time I used them had friends drop my car off. They called me when it was finished and ready to pick up. Then I got a follow up call checking on my service. Didn't try to sell me a thing. As of right now it is the only place my VW will go.
