If you have a VeeDub, I'd recommend you take your car in for an oil change here. $70 synthetic oil is the best deal in town. I'd also recommend talking to Robert the service advisor as he is always up front with you. They also serve great lattes in the service area. Thanks again!

Both of my experiences with OCVW have been with service department and I cannot speak highly enough. I had an appointment at 9am, arrived at 8:50am and was helped immediately, despite them already being swamped with customers. The associate helping me had to step away for a moment and at least 3 other associates stopped what they were doing to make sure I had been helped. I really appreciated that. Larry was the associate who took care of me/my car and he was so wonderful! (Especially because his ringtone is the Minion banana song). I had a few nit-picky questions and he was so patient and kind in answering all of them. Additionally, my factory warranty had expired and instead of making my car wait to be serviced while I got the extended warranty information, he went ahead and got everything started. Turned out my extended warranty didn't cover the brake check, but because he's a little angel he didn't charge me for it. Unlike other dealerships I've been to, they don't try to nickel-and-dime you. They really do care about their customers and take good care of them and their vehicles. OCVW is the way to go - so thankful for these guys (and their coffee bar)!

I have not visited the service department yet (car is only 1 month old at the time of this review), so this review is only about my new car buying experience. I used TrueCar, and Onion Creek came up as having the exact model I wanted. Robert Crump contacted me promptly, was courteous, and sent pics to verify the vehicle's options I wanted were indeed present. I have read bad reviews of TrueCar and other dealers not honoring the TrueCar pricing. Onion Creek VW verified ahead of time they would honor the price, and they stuck with that promise with no hassles. No bait and switch. Easy peasy. Robert was truly fantastic the entire time. No pressure, no pressuring at all, and has the right personality for this business. They do the right thing and let the car sell itself. Everyone at this dealership was polite and professional. From CJ to the gentleman in finance (I forget his name, very tall and athletic looking),all were great to deal with. Absolutely no upselling of things I didn't want or need. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

Raymond James who works in the service department is really awesome. I highly recommend him. He went out of his way to help me with an issue I had with my vehicle outside of the dealership and I am very grateful.

I drive down to Onion Creek rather than going to Maund 10 minutes away. The last time I went to Maund for a simple new vehicle service on my 2014 Beetle Diesel it took over 4 hours. These guys knock out a full service in 30-60 minutes, including a car wash. So far I haven't had any issues with my car after a service. I don't feel comfortable getting oil changes done on this new diesel engine outside of a dealership, so I'm hoping these guys keep up the good work.

This review would have been a 5 star if there hadn't been an installation problem with my air filter that caused an oil leak. I had my car in for routine maintenance a week ago and worked with Raymond James. He was such a pleasure to work with; very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. A couple of days after the service was complete I noticed an oil leak in my driveway. I emailed Raymond to alert him of the issue with the oil leak and how my wife was now upset with the multiple oil spots in our driveway, and he responded to my email within the hour and stated that I could bring the car in any time and he'd see that it was serviced and fixed. I took the car in this morning and they serviced it immediately and explained the installation error and reason for the oil leak. Raymond also scheduled for someone to come out to my house to clean up the oil spots on my driveway (way above and beyond). And to top it off, his manager gave me a business card for a free oil change the next time I needed to bring it in. The customer service at Onion Creek, and Raymond James specifically, is off the charts! As long as I own a VW, I'll be visiting this dealership, and Raymond. Highly recommend you check them out!
