My experience with Onion Creek VW has been nothing short of phenomenal. Eric Jeffries and everyone there have gone above and beyond in their service AFTER I purchased my vehicle!! I am floored by the level of service, pride and care that everyone who works there displays - from the lady who serves the Starbucks coffee at their immaculate and stylish showroom, to the salesman Nathan Lammers, who patiently showed me vehicle after vehicle and who suggested the perfect car for me (a 2015 VW Jetta TSI, my very first new car, that I absolutely love), to the very cheerful and friendly finance manager who closed my account. Even Mr. Barnett himself, one of the owners, congratulated me on my purchase and made sure I was very happy before I drove off the lot. These guys and gals are truly first rate. If you're in the market for a car, new, used, VW or any other, go to Onion Creek VW first!

I would like to compliment Larry in the service department for his help. I was not able to get my repairs done at Onion Creek VW but he gave me information on how to contact VoA for help. If you are in this area I highly recommend Onion Creek VW!

My husband and I took our VW CC in for service. Tim was great, worked with our warranty. We decided to trade it in and that is where Eddie came in. he worked relentlessly to do everything possible to help us. We traded the cqr and my husband could not be happier!! Jennifer in the service department is on her A+ game! She was able to get me in at the last minute for service and was able to put me in a loaner car. She kept me up to date on the status of my car and when it was ready was quick in the check out process!

Purchased a car from them about 3 month ago. Worked with SoulMan. He made the buying process easy , he never giving up on what I offered. They were even kind enough to pull the car from auction so I can test drive. Thank You Onion Creek Team

First of all, buying a car is never really that fun. Yes, getting a new car is but the process of buying a car is tedious. Onion Creek Volkswagen made it as enjoyable as it could be. My fiance and I were there for probably 6 hours, we drove at least 6 different cars before making out decision, Our salesman was very patient and enjoyable. We did our research and due diligence, so we were prepared to negotiate. They actually made it really easy. They gave us a price, we countered with our research and they agreed. They were very busy that day so after waiting for about an hour for our spot with the finance team they gave us the keys and told us to come back Monday. We will definitely make future deals with Onion Creek Volkswagen.
