I took my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta in to Onion Creek Volkswagen to be serviced today and received expeditious service. Larry Sowards greeted me in an extremely courteous manner and after getting my vehicle and paperwork in order, directed me to the coffee bar which serves complimentary coffee drinks (this includes latte, mocha, you name it!) and water while you wait in their spacious, comfortable waiting area, free wifi included. In addition to the prompt, efficient service, they washed and vacuumed my vehicle and sent me off one happy customer. Everybody treated me with extreme courtesy and respect. I will definitely return for all my service needs and plan to purchase my next vehicle here. Thank you, Larry Sowards and the great Onion Creek VW service team! I would like to give big "Thank You!" to the sales team at OCVW. I recently decided to purchase a new Jetta and gave OCVW a shot at getting the sale. After testing driving a unit with Sales Consultant, Erwin Neira, OCVW quickly matched the best deal that I had received from 4 other central Texas dealers. I was able to wrap up the deal quickly and was very satisfied with the results. Fast forward 1.5 days and OCVW really raised the bar on customer service. I discovered a hairline crack at the very bottom of the windshield, which ran under the wipers about ¾ of the length of the glass. The crack was difficult to see unless you were really looking closely. I called OCVW and spoke with Robert Crump, Finance Manager and made him aware of the issue. A lesser dealership probably would have told me that I was on my own since I had taken possession of the car. However, Sales Manager Ray Dominguez, stepped up and stated that they would replace the windshield free of charge. The glass was replaced by the OCVW Service Department as promised with no signs that any work had been done on the car. Other dealers should take note of the "high road" path which OCVW chose to follow for this particular issue. This is how you earn, and retain, business. OCVW, you will be first in line when it is time for me to make another purchase.

I did not have much experience w VW and was recommended I check them out. I bought a Black VW CC last July and have been happy with it. It is fun to drive and looks stylish. A few months after I bought the car, I noticed some specs on the paint, raised it to the service manager and they took care of it within 48 hours. I think it looked better than the day I bought the car. The service is great an happy to be apart of the VW family.

Awesome customer service from Ben and Robert Krump. I highly recommend them for purchasing a vehicle they were awesome!!!
