I had a great experience with Onion Creek. Cullen was up front and helpful throughout the entire process. He did his best to meet my wife and I in the middle at the price we were comfortable with. I would do business with Onion Creek again!

Simran was great

Everything was great, until I went to pick up my car and was told that the expected car wash couldn't be done because the service department personnel didn't know how to put my VW convertible top up. (It's a 2014 Beetle-so a pretty obvious one-button operation.) I guess it's a good thing that I didn't need my convertible top serviced!

The salesman was a true hard worker, Joseph spent hours researching the perfect car that fit our budget and our style. The other staff was quite friendly until we paid for the car, after that they seemed to do everything they could to avoid us. Overall the dealership will work their hardest to get you a vehicle.
