I had originally set an appointment for Monday 11/2 with Travis. I then called Travis back to reschedule for Tuesday 11/3. Today (11/3) I show up and my name isn't on the schedule. Travis never switched the appointment. FORTUNATELY, Robert Taylor was the one who greeted me and took care of the vehicle. He got in me out of there in 10 minutes. He was fast, prompt, polite, and very professional. When I returned for the vehicle he greeted me, got my paperwork for me, and got me on my way. Robert Taylor is my guy now!

Recently, I had a issue starting my car and the first thing I did was turn it into the dealership. Service advisor Robert Taylor gave his recommendation after I told him my problems and after following his recommendation. My car runs and is in tip-top shape. I dropped it off one day, got the car fixed the next day and picked up. Thank you so much Mr. Robert Taylor and Onion Creek Service.

Joseph Dillard was so helpful and patient with us and after giving up we came back and he made sure we got into our brand new suv!! Joe Cerda and Luis Garcia had to stay late to make sure we had the best deal possible! It was a great experience overall! I will highly recommend onion creek Volkswagen to everyone
