I just moved from Amarillo to the Austin area two months ago. I worked at Street Volkswagen of Amarillo for four years, and even as an employee, I was used to a certain level of care. This location is no different. Everyone was sweet and helpful. They took care of everything I asked for, had a legit coffee bar (I'm obsessed), enforced COVID protocols, and even applied a coupon that I had forgotten to ask about when I arrived. I'm glad to know that VW will take care of me even as I'm so far from everything I'm used to.

Not big on Covid protocols, too many employees cramped, walking around, hiding, too crowded, one employee said stay in your car and well come to you, the other one said you gotta go inside to check in, it really looks like theyre running a sales department and a service department at the same time, Covid protocols are more than closing your cafe and putting acrylic panels, will not buy VW anymore because too many recalls, but they apologize and service was only 2 hours

Pulled up to the service department the other day and nobody outside came up to my car to assist me. Robert Taylor walked out about two minutes later and came straight to my car and asked if I needed assistance. I informed him my car needed air in the front tires as my light was on from the cold front we had a few days before. He was very enthusiastic to help me and walked me into the waiting area. Offered me a cold beverage and said my car would be finished in about 5 minutes. At the 5 minute mark, he came up to me to inform me that my car tires were filled to the proper levels and that he was running it thru the car wash for me as a courtesy. I was definitely in awe by the level of customer service I received for something so minor. Not to mention the extra step he took to get my car washed for me. This was my first time here and will not be my last. I will definitely make sure to come back for any of my car needs in the future and only use Robert. Thank you for the kindness and wonderful customer service no matter how small the request.

Robert is amazing very helpful and kept us updated throughout the repair couldn't ask for better service !!! Definitely best experience since we have came there !!
