They had some personnel changes during my service and it was difficult to get information on my vehicle which they had for almost 2 weeks, when they did reach out, it was all positive and helpful. Pick up of the vehicle, I had 3 people help me and all were super polite and went out of their way to get me my car.

There was a little back and forth for the price I wanted, but the folks at Onion Creek were much, much more agreeable to work with than the other dealerships in town were. Another salesperson at different dealership, with the initials of CM, was so obnoxious I asked for another person to work with and the "manager" would not find me another person. Nothing to worry about at Onion Creek, Trevor was great from beginning to end. LOVE my new car. Sorry CM, you were wrong about me getting the car I wanted for a great price. Thanks Onion Creek!

We brought our new vehicle to Onion Creek to have the seats treated with some sort of stain preventative. We have 3 kids under 5 so something is bound to spill! They were extremely professional, it was done quickly, and the seats look great. Would definitely recommend!
