My service specialist, Zac, was wonderful and I don't have a single complaint about him or the work that was done. The only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because during the two-ish hours that I was there waiting I saw six separate employees wearing their face masks around their neck/chin, taking them off everytime they spoke to somebody, or simply not wearing one at all. This in the height of the pandemic and with signs on every single door saying to "wear your mask over your NOSE AND MOUTH". They gave off the impression that the attitude of the employees and the attitude of the company were completely at odds and that the employees weren't taking any of this seriously. It made me so uncomfortable to be in the same building as all of these people who couldn't be bothered to behave responsibly.

Hands down the easiest, most pleasurable car buying experience of my life. Scott was courteous...careful with the Covid risk...and super responsive. We're thrilled with our new car.

I found my 2018 Audi Q3 on a Google search. Joe Perez promptly responded & answered my questions. We negotiated my trade in via Messenger & I filled out the financing App online. It took less than 10 min. He held the car for me & we set an appointment for Monday morning, as I was nearly 4 hours away (in Grapevine area). Greg was my sales associate & he was wonderful! The finalizing of financing was less than 30 min. They filled her up with premium fuel, washed her & transferred my items from my trade in. Adam, the manager, had overseen my buying process & was quite pleasant to chat with while plates were being exchanged. Carl, the owner greeted me & offered a lovely Onion Creek logo'd polo. This was an amazing experience to feel so well taken care of! (Especially as a single mom in what could feel like a challenging task). I highly recommend Onion Creek VW! Their staff, service department, and immaculate facility upheld the VW trademark for excellence! Thank you All for providing a fair deal & making this such a pleasant experience!
