My experience at Onion Creek VW was and has always been phenomenal. The staff are so kind and helpful. They don't make you feel like just another sale. They are really great about setting expectations and following them through. I have been a customer of VW onion creek in the past and I am so happy I returned to them! I am in love with my new car! Great service as usual by Onion Creek. Talented and professional techs in a tightly managed and well organized workshop. Super interface with the service manager, especially respecting the COVID related protocols at car drop off. Easy to maintain social distancing. Nice tough about the included hand car wash and sterilization spray done right at the end. Great job, team. My GTI is well taken care of!

Owning two VW's ...OCVW is my GO TO. Dealer, speaking solely of the service writers, they seem to go above and beyond to take care of the customer...as far as the work, depends on the tech you get assigned to your vehicle, on my PASSAT, I believe the tech was a very detailed person and made sure the repair was unnoticed other than the actual issue being rectified, on my GTI, the repair had been done, but I found a greasy shop towel on top of the engine after driving home one hour highway drive. (glad it didn't catch fire)..and some screws put back where they dont. look like they belong
