We spent seven hours at another dealership that would not honor their online advertisement. We spent three hours at Onion Creek Volkswagen and got the deal that was advertised with the 0% advertised and we didn't have all the figures we agreed on changed by finance before signing!

When I tried to wait for the car to be serviced their time estimate was way off. They said 1.5-2 hours and after 2hrs there was still one car ahead of it. So I left Very frustrated after wasting the better part of an afternoon. I dropped it off a few days later and just came back to get it at the end of the day. Moral of the story- don't trust their time estimates.
