I took my car in for a recall and was expecting it to be there all day. A couple of hours later and my car was ready to be picked up. They had also washed and vacuumed it. Very happy with my visit.

Thought my brakes were going out. Called n asked for verbal estimate. Spoke to Tony, who was very patient, listened to me. Gave me a few scenarios, and went a step further, and helped me find financial help. Love my VW Jetta. From the first day I went in, looking for a new car, the entire staff has been amazing, but it's the service staff, like Tony who truly keep people like myself, proud VW owners.
