James Ward (Director) and Scott Brunger (Manager) at Onion Creek Volkswagen worked extremely hard to find us the 2019 VW Atlas SEL Premium we desired. We requested Pure White exterior with the Shetland interior: a difficult combination as there were only two in a 500 mile radius. They worked on our request for almost two weeks before obtaining one from another dealer at a very competitive price. Thanks James and Scott for fulfilling our wishes!

While I don't necessarily think the entire Dealer deserves 5 stars (some staff members need some re-education on customer service), My service adviser Bryan, definitely makes it a 5 star experience every time I am there. He is always going above & beyond my expectations as a customer. I had major repairs done on my vehicle that required it to be kept for a few days. While i did have an extended warranty that would assist with a loaner vehicle & repairs, it was not through Volkswagen, it was a 3rd party warranty. I assumed I would have had to call the warranty company myself, Bryan took care of EVERYTHING! I was definitely grateful because that was one less thing i had to worry/stress over.Thank you so much Bryan I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Bryan Politz was extremely helpful and understanding. Brought my son's car in for service when he was out of town and needed it back before my son returned. Bryan made sure that happened. Thank you for your excellent service
