Now 6 VW's into my VW experience and OCVW remains my go-to place for service. As always, they went to great lengths to make sure that my issue was resolved AND that I was happy with the experience. I cannot speak highly enough of their service team and the efforts they take to do the right thing. Even when the desired outcome isn't achieved (some things just aren't covered, that's just a reality of car ownership) they will make every effort to get you the best price possible on your service. As long as I can drive, I'll most likely be driving a VW. As long as I'm driving a VW, I will bring it here for service. Huge thank you specifically to Carl & CJ Barnett. When in to get my vehicle serviced. Felipe was awesome. I was notified about the work being done from start to finish. My vehicle now passes state inspection. It was washed inside and out and looks amazing.

I see why this place gets a 3 star rating. Bought my car there. I've been a customer for 2 years. Last year, I had my wheels aligned 4 times (yes, that is four times in one year...and why I was there four times is another story!). Just really a struggle for sure. I want to keep my VW car in the VW service plan. However, I had another issues last Saturday.....Met Tom, the new service manager. Straight up and down guy. Right to the point. Very cool dude. Brought my car in Wednesday for service with Fellipe! Excellent customer service. Clear, friendly advice. Service was a bit slow, but it's Wednesday in Buda, whatcha gonna do@f0 My car my explode tomorrow@f0 No telling. Would not be surprised but the service was legit awesome!!! Hope this is a sign of things to come! Best car experience I have had since I gave up my ole reliable Camry. Great job.

Toss out your notions of car dealers; these people are seriously the best. Couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality, pleasant attitudes, and swift service. Thanks again guys! bought my Volkswagen almost 2 years ago, and their consistency speaks for itself.

I bought my Passat here a few months ago and the service was amazing. Today I took my car in for service and everyone was so friendly and considerate. I am appreciative of the shuttle service that took me back to my house when the wait was going to be a bit longer than expected. They also picked me back up and both drivers were super professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealer for all your VW needs!
