Great service

Great experience. I enjoyed working with Mark and Scott, they were both very helpful.

This place is the real deal, y'all. Completely courteous and punctual with everything. I brought my car into servicing today and they sent me a video showing me their multipoint inspection. They were completely transparent and insanely informative about going over the entire process. The manager James, Service Advisor Grace, the Tech (I think his name was Kevin or Kenneth), and the Barista Kori were phenomenal. Thank y'all!

Hi friends!I just received the email telling me I will be getting 2 surveys about my appointment yesterday. I wanted to reach out and say that your dealership is the best I've been to, in both customer service and staff. We have bought vehicles from Lexus, Kia, and Chevrolet and none of the facility staff and care come close to the kindness and good vibes at Onion Creek VW. From the moment I pulled up to service and spoke to a kind and professional service tech, to right as I was leaving everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. The actual facilities at Onion Creek VW are my favorite by far as well, the natural light and physical transparency are awesome, and I've never seen such a spotless and clean car dealership.I just wanted to reach out and express my new obsession with your dealership and my 2018 Passat! From buying the vehicle with James to the service yesterday, my expectations have been blown out of the world.Oh and I have no self control when it comes to your awesome VW merch shop, always representing with gear now!
