Used the Express Service line to have a headlamp bulb replaced. Steve, service advisor, took care of that immediately and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. The great service is much appreciated.
The service attendant greeted me right away and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.
I stopped in for 30k service on my new-to-me VW. An oil change is pricey, but it's a nice, comfortable, clean environment and service is top NOTCH. Plus, you can rest easy knowing that you're giving your beloved vehicle quality care. I admittedly hadn't washed my car in a couple of weeks, so the post-service car wash and detailing was much appreciated - she looked good as new. Plus, I love the free coffee bar and great barista! No powdered creamer here (actually, they offer milk and almond milk!), so get yourself a latte and tip the nice barista. Overall, it's a great experience at Onion Creek Volkswagen.
