Seamless experience dropping car off and pick up especially in these times during a pandemic.I was hoping they would have more courtesy cars in their fleet to make this a 5 star review. As I had to catch a ride back home.

It would be a disservice to not post a glowing review of Onion Creek Volkswagen!  I cannot speak any more highly of the incredible service and professionalism that my wife and I received at this dealership.  We purchased our 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport remotely from Houston.  We wouldn't have been able to do so without the Salesman Greg by our side.  He was attentive to all our questions, needs, concerns, and very responsive and communicated every step of the process.  This has been the best car buying experience we have ever had and I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my past and understand the games that other dealers play.  There was NONE of that with Onion Creek Volkswagen.  When we arrived at the dealership we were introduced to the Service Department and Sales Manager Marc and were able to brag on our experience with our Salesperson, Greg.  Just when I thought it could not get any better, we were introduced to the owner!  Mr. Carl Barnett and his son Carl Barnett Jr. These men are simply amazing!  How many times are you at a family-owned dealership and given the opportunity to meet the owner and see for yourself the leadership that is passed down to all employees.  This is my family's first Volkswagen and I have to say that we will continue to own Volkswagens and continue to drive to Onion Creek Volkswagen from Houston to Austin for purchase!  This dealership has left such a profound and positive experience with my purchase that they have gained a customer for a lifetime!  If you are a fan of great customer experience and service and believe in the lost art of honest dealer interaction and family values, then Onion Creek Volkswagen is the place for you!

Service associates are always professional and dont waste time in getting your service completed. The pricing is very compettetiveFor highe degree of expertise. I just got my Texas state inspection done.

bought my car from this location this time last year, i did a lot of waiting around then but i had an excellent salesman so it was no biggie. i brought my car in for an oil change that i had scheduled, it took almost an hour and a half which was a little frustrating but expected. the guy helping me was new, and i could tell he was still learning the ropes. everyone is really friendly and they do a great job, just don't expect it to be quick
